Hello Jeanilce . You for sure must report this to WEBS . If you are paying it means you have premium services . And one of which is Customer support . So address to WEBS directly OR file a ticket and explain your error letter by letter . I can help you try to log in to your site from my PC if you are willing to share the login data though . take care and hope it fixes it soon , because there is no sense to pay for errors ...
