When I try to upload a video it seems to work okay but wnen I then go to the video gallery I get the message "this video is encoding. Please check back later" and then nothing ever happens. I have tried this several times with different videos but always with the same result

I am using my computer, my e-mail address, I created this site and I am listed as the administrator. So why does it show my husband's name as the one who added the video when this is not at all correct. Frustrating. How do I change this?

OK, so I figured out how to upload video's. On the Site Manager page, select the Applications tab and choose video. This is how to upload them although I didn't understand the 'creating a channel' section. I chose the page I wanted it on but that didn't work. The video did upload but not to where I want it. It did appear on my sidebar and can be accessed but it can't be played on the page with the video box. I tried to redo this once it was uploaded properly but it still didn't work. It also gave the credit of all this to my husband who has nothing to do with any of this. I don't understand how this happened, where they got his name from and why it was selected.

This video does not show how to upload a video, only what you can do with them once you have. So how do you upload? I thought I uploaded a video to my site. There is a box when you view it but you can't play it.
